By train
Take the Swiss Federal Railway (SBB) from Geneva/Lausanne or the Berne-Lötschberg-Simplon train (BLS) to Brig. From Brig, Andermatt or Göschenen take the Matterhorn Gotthard train (MGB) to the region of Goms and Area of Aletsch.
By car
From lake Geneva follow the A9 through Valais to Brig and from there the Cantonal road to the area of Goms/Aletsch. From Basle/Berne take the Lötschberg (Kandersteg-Goppenstein) car transport train , from Eastern and Central Switzerland take the car transport train at the Furka pass (Realp-Oberwald). In summer , a pleasurable journey can be enjoyed over the Grimsel, Furka and Nufenen Alpine passes.
